Mr. Justice Johnston, .it the Supreme Court today, granted a writ oi' cim--tiorari" cancelling the licence of (he Empire Hotel at Wallsend, the renewal of -which was granted by the Duller Licensing Committee to William Patrick O'Brien. The application for cancellation was baaed on the inadequate accommodation of temporary premises erected following a Jirq.
