FRUIT FARM CASE

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) ■ AUCKLAND, This Day. With reference to the action of John A. M. O. Goodford against New Zealand Citrus Plantations, Ltd., and William. Henry Ball and David Rufus Williams, Mr. Justice Ostler entered judgment against the company. On the damages issue, his Honour is now considering the form which- his judgment should take. He has not yet given his decision regarding the other defendants, and on the whole issue is considering the form of his judgment.
