KtTGBY, February 28. _■ In. regard. to shipping movements at British ports the Board of Trade Jour-'1 nal records that foreign trade: arrivali with cargo in January, 1934, showed an ' increase in tonnage of 5.2 per cent, over ! January, 1933, while departures witk ' cargo were 2.5 per cent, greater. Arrivals in ballast were 115 per cent, less and departures 8,5 per cent, more./ Coasting trade was more active 'all round, the increases ranging from 9.? to 11.4 per cent. .
