AUTHORITY TO PRESIDENT
(Received March 1, 2.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, February 28. President Roosevelt and the Democratic leaders of Congress agreed on Wednesday to seek an early authorisation for the President to negotiate reciprocal tariff agreements with other nations.
