JUDGMENT FOR £1038
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) • AUCKLAND, This Day, Judgment on the facts was given by Mr. Justice Ostler today at the rfon-c-lusion of the hearing.of the claim by John A. M. O. tfobdford against New Zealand Citrus Plantations, • Ltd., William Henry Ball (a director), and David Eufus Williams (the company's London agent). "The plaintiff is legally justified in repudiating his contract, and tQ. judgment for the moneys paid to the company, and to all.expenses down, to the time of the discovery of the frai^," said the Judge. He gave judgment for £840 plus £198 expenses (steamer fares from England).. Argument is proceeding concerning the plaintiff's claim for £200 general damages."' ■■".'■.'
