The main;- business wds the-icon,-sideration .of the remits : from all parts of the Dominion, which ,are to ho presented at.the conference to-beheld in Christchurch shortly. These included matters in connection with"' education, .health, law, hospitals,"; and films, posters,1 mental defectives, special aspects.of crime,; censorship,^unemployment, registration, and a number of remits-which have, been forwarded from the; British? and ■- '■ International Councils for K ratificationl ;,.:;:; 1 -■;\^-u'-,,,;4. The 'question of;, divorce'; after'seven years' sepa,r,ation.was brought forward by a member and discussed. • . '.
