TRADE COMMISSIONER
After thirty years as Canadian Trade Commissioner in Australia, Mr. D. H. Ross will retire in April, on account of reaching the age limit. Mr. Ross, a native of Canada, as a youth went to New Zealand.. He engaged in private business there and in Australia before he was appointed to his present post in 1903.- He is now the senior officer in Canada's Commercial Intelligence Service. ■ ■ •.'■■■
Mr. Ross will ibe succeeded by Mr. G. R. Stevens, who has spent a number of years as Trade Commissioner in South Africa. -..••• •
