STABILITY OF ST. PAUL'S
(British Official .WlreieM.) RUGBY, December 12. The engineers' report ou the stability of St.'Paul's Cathedral, published today, states that a deep underground pool has boon found on the north, gido of tho cathedral, which must not be disturbed, and.in order to safeguard tho stability of the structure, recommends that an Act of Parliament Bhould give tho Cathedral authorities or other impartial body, control over all operations in the subsoil within a defined area around the site. •_ ■
