The Magistrate said the delendaufc had been,lined three times previously for this class of offence. For the defendant, who pleaded .guilty, Mr. A. J. Mazergarb said the vehicle ia question was a horse float, and only a few trips were, made across the' Kirnutaka! Hill, the charge relating, to le Marua.
