LONDON, December 12. i Scotland Yard is inquiring intii Danish Press allegations that Dr, Gew alich, the German inventor of thai "winged horror," a rifle bullet with a velocity of 4000 miles ah hour, and a new type of rifle barrel from which, the bullet is fired, has been using British identity papers, though a native of Kiel, states the'"Daily Herald." It is alleged that Geralich spent! several months in an English Tillage. Ho is now experimenting at a famous Danish armaments factory, The "winged horror" is similar ta the dum-dum bullet, but' is more de« structive. It penetrates half-inch' armour plate.
