' (Received December 12, 3 p.m.) CHICAGO, December 11. In a message to the annual convention, of the American Farm Bureau Federation President Roosevelt counselled continued co-operation with the Administration's programme for "controlled agriculture." Outlining the measures already undertaken for farmers' relief, he said: "We seem to be on the way, but we are not yet out of the woods."
