FINED FOR PRICE-FIXING
, (Received December 13, 3 p.m.) MONTREAL, December 12. Five Quebec coal firms were convicted under Federal legislation of restraining trade by fixing prices restricting the importation of Welsh coal. They were fined 7000 dollars each.
