(Received December 13, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, December 12. The "Daily Express" says that the Hon. Alexander Shaw, P. and O. chairman, is going to Australia within a few days to assist in a conference to discuss counter action against American subsidised competition between Australia and New Zealand.
