SECRET MEETING DECIDES
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph— Copyright. (Received December 13, 2 p.m.) LONDON, December 12. Tho "Daily Mail's" Dublin correspondent says that a secret meeting of General O'Duffy and the United Irelaud Party supporters in Dublin decided to defy tho Government and carry on the movement. Tho meeting selected Mr. Ernest Blythe, ex-yiee-president, to succeed General o'Duffy in the event of his arrest.
