CUTTING OUT THE CROWN
BILLS BEFORE SENATE
DUBLIN, October 18. In the Senate the three Constitution Bills wore read a second time.
Miss Kathleen, Brown, speaking on the Bill eliminating the King's assent, said that gunmen outside the House were putting the Government in the position of a man facing a mad bull and throwing off scraps of clothing to keep the chase from becoming overhot.
