BUTTER BY PAT
AUSTRALIAN PLAN
DISTRIBUTION IN BRITAIN
(Received October 20, 11 a.m.)
LONDON, October 19. The "Sun" understands that plans are being completed to sell Australian butter in Britain in pound and half-pound packets on a most extensive scale. Cooperative organisations in all the States are combining to supply the choicest butter selling overseas to farmers' cooperative federations, who have appointed Empire Dairies as distributors. The scheme will probably be launched on November 1, accompanied by an intensive publicity campaign.
