(Received September 8, 2-p.m.) VANCOUVER, September 7. Unemployed girls, declaring the city, v
relief allowances too small to permit a purchase of clothing, today through their representative to the Dominion. Government, Mrs. Flora Hutton, threatened to hold a nude parade. The Government was told that thousands were unable to leave their rooms through scarcity of clothing, and many) were forced to seek a disgraceful liveli« hood on the streets. Sir George Perley, the Acting Premier, promised that Cabinet "would consider the case.
