TRADE NEGOTIATIONS
BRITAIN AND FINLAND
TREATY EXPECTED SOON

EUGBY, July 28.
Commercial negotiations between Britain and Finland are proceeding, and Colonel Colville, for the Board of Trade, stated in Parliament that apart from a few minor points of detail, a general agreement has been reached. The drafting of the Treaty is now proceeding, and Colonel Colvillc hopes to arrange for signature by the ' end of August.
