In the second semi-final of the Wellington amateur billiards championship, played in the rooms of Billiards, Ltd., last night, A. Duncan (V.M.C.A.) won decisively from J. Spencer (Federal),-the final scores being 300-362. Tlie best breaks were 30, 31, 32, 46, and 52, all by Duncan, who meets Simpson (G.P.0.) in the final of 500 up on Monday night.
