. Eastbourne ratepr r^era this year will have the same rat ps to pay as last year, but will be al lowed a 4 per cent, discount 'for prom pt payment which they have not rece:' ived previously. The reduction of some of the special rates of the borough Iris been counterbalanced by an in orcase in the water and drainage rate.
