FOUND DEAD IN PADDOCK
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) MASTERTON, June 4. . A man named William Cross, aged 48, single, was found dead in a paddock at Homebush on Saturday afternoon. An inquest will be held.
Dog licences brought in a revenue of nearly £100,000 in London alone in a recent year. There are about 3,500,000 dogs altogether in England.
