SEATOUN CROQUET CLUB
The annual meeting of the Seatoun Croquet Club was held recently, the president, Mrs. W. McGirr, presiding over a good attendance of members. Mrs. Page (secretary) presented the annual report, and Mrs. Small (treasurer) the balance-sheet, which disclosed a very satisfactory position. Both were adopted. The following officers were elected for tlic ensuing year:—President, Mrs. W. P. McGirr (re-elected); vice-presi-dent, Mrs. T. H. Bedford; secretary, Mrs. \V. L. Page (re-elected); treasurer, Mrs. W. Small (re-elected); committee, Mpsdames .T. B. Higgins and E. E. Woodley; chib ' captain, Mrs. J. P. .\rc.Anaily; delegates, Mrs. McGirr and Mrs. McAnally; entertainment committee, Mesdamea C. Davis, H. Oldfleld, J. Higgins, and A. Philpot; sports committee, Mcsdames J. Higgins and E. Woodley. Presentations were made from the members of the club to the president CMrs. McGirr), the secretary (Mrs. Page), the treasurer (Mrs. Small), and the captain (Mrs. Bobertson). A "500" card tourney is held weekly during the recess,
