The competition for the captain's trophy | —medal play on handicap, two rounds — and scratch prizes, was completed during the week-end by the Titahi Golf Club, and resulted as follows:— The captain's trophy was won by H. Boon (9), with a net aggregate of 137. The runners-up were F. Carr> (11) and C. Stone (16), with 144. Other scores were: P. McMahon (24), 147; C. Langbein (8), 148; M. Moore (3), J. Pyin (3), and A. Moore (10), 149; and H. Woodger (24), 150: The scratch aggregate was tied for by H. Booh, J. F. Pym, and M. R. Moore, whose aggregate was 155. A bogey competition was won by C. Stone (16), who was 2 up on bogey, the iimriers-up being J. F. Pym (3) and J. W. Gibson (5), 4 down., . Next Saturday the Bottoniley Cup, fourball best ball against.bogey on handicap, will be played tor, and during the weokend the qualifying round for the Mixed Foursomes Cup will be played. Both events are post-entry.
