MORE MEN FOR NELSON

The unemployment bureau at Buckle Street has vacancies for married men in the gold prospecting camps in three or four areas in the Nelson Province. It is proposed to employ the men engaged for a short period in forming access tracks, and" while they are on that class of work the ordihary .subsidy paid by the Unemployment Board will be, increased to 35s a week, of which £1 will be allotted to tlie dependants, los beinp; retained by the worker.'
