RELIEF WORKERS
NATIONAL CONFERENCE
Belief workers' organisations in all parts of the Dominion are represented at a conference which commenced at the V.M.C.A., Wellington, today, and which is expected to continue for several days. The object of the conference, which is attended by forty delegatos representing over 30,000 registered unemployed, is to form a national movement with a national policy. Mr. J. B. Scott, president of the Wellington Belife Workers' Union, is chairman of the conference, which is not open to the Press.
