JURY DISAGREE
BOOKMAKING CHARGE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, May 25. At. the Supreme Court today before Mr. Justice Reed and a jury, Sidney Roy Lovell, a tobacconist and hairdresser, of New Plymouth, was charged with bookmaking. : . i The jury, after four hours, failed to reach an agreement, and an application for a new trial was granted.'
