NGAIO GARDEN CLUB
The annual meeting 6£ the Ngaio Garden Club was held recently. Mr. O. Gidall presided over a'-large»'Attendance. The president expressed gratification at the excellent membership and sound financial position of tho club. Iv thanking x-etiriDg officers he expressed" regret that tho club was losing the. services, of Mr. Abbot who had acted as hon. auditor. ' The following officers were elected-for.the ensuing year: —Patron. Mr. R. A. Wright, M.P.; president, Mr. 0.. Gidall; vice-presidents, Mesdamcs Davis and' -Thompson, Miss Kglin, Dr.. Cockayne, F.R.S., Dr. E..M. Litehfield, Dr. Sutton, and Messrs. Ellicock, Sell, Sriugaus, Cummings, Hall, Lea, McKenzie, and Jerrani; hon. auditor, Mr. W. MeNab; hou. secretary and treasurer, Mr. T. C. Manet'orcf;'■librarian,. Mr. Elli■coefcr:""- -committee,1.-:; Mesdames?, - ■ Brisioe, Clothier, Curtis, .Ellicock, Mai-tin, and Mansford, and Messrs:.
