While a squadron of Jiino aeroplanes was Hying in formation, at Hendon .in preparation i'or.thc annunl Air Pageant, a machine! piloted by Viscount Kneb* worth crashed. Viscount Kuebwortli and the other occupant, Aircraftsman Harrison, were killed. An eye-witness says that the aeroplanes were dipping to" a final salute in the twilight, when Knobworth's aeroplane suddenly dropped to earth and immediately, took file.
