FINANCE COMPANY PASSES DIVIDEND.
Directors of the Wellington Investment Trustee, and Agency Company, Ltd., advise shareholders that in view of the effect that recent legislation has had upon the current business of the company, coupled with the present unfavourable conditions affecting industry in general, they have reluctantly decided that it is in the best interests of shareholders that the usual interim dividend should not be paid.
