While there was no official statement to this effect, the members close to Mr. O'Kelly declared that Jthe Free State delegation had no intention^ of separating themselves from messages which ■ ordinarily emerge from, an Imperial Conference to the King. As members of the Conference the delegation regarded it as their duty to conform to the usual courtesies.
