RAILWAY REVENUE

4 FALL IN JUNE

EFFECT OF COAL STRIKE

"The loss, of revenue resulting from the trouble in the coal mining industry is, of course, also reflected in the figures for the threo periods of the current financial year to date,i compared with the same periods of 1931. The total' revenue for tliese three four-weekly periods fell from £1,564,306 to £1,416,511, a decrease of £147,885.
