LONDON, loth May. Because the excitement might produce a fatal relapse, Mr. Washington Singer, a member of the Jockey Club, has been forbidden to watch the Derby, ■in which his Golden Hair colt Orwell, the winner of seven successive races, is strongly fancied. •..
