PARTY ADJUSTMENTS
(Received 14th October, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 13th October. Sir John Mellors has withdrawn from Litton in favour of the National Liberal, Mr. Burgiu. Mr. Baldwin is so far unopposed. The Conservatives are supporting Mr. J. IT. Thomas against two Labourites at Derby.
