HOOVER-LAVAL PARLEY

INITIATING MOVEMENT

SOLVE WOULD CRISIS

(United Press Association—By Electric Teltsraph—CopyrlgUt.) (Received 13th October, 10 a.m.)! LONDON, 12ih October. The hasly return to Washington from London of Sir Ronald Lindsay, the Brilsh Ambassador to U.S.A., has special significance in connection with the Hoover-Laval conversations. The Ambasador will keep Downing Street in the closest touch with the negotiations between the American President and the French Premier, which, it is believed here, are of the most vital importance in the world crisis, and are indeed likely to initiate a world movement to solve the economic difficulties.
