VERDICT OF JUKY FOR ALL THE DEFENDANTS JUDGMENT WITH COSTS (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received 24th August, 2 p.m.) BRISBANE, This Day. In the Mungana case the jury found that the defendant E. G. Theodore at no time was a party to any conspiracy nor had the money paid to him by the defendant M'Cormack been in respect of the sale of the Mungana mines or of any interest held by Theodore therein. The jury's answers were in favour of all the defendants. No damages were awarded. Judgment was given for the defendants. Theodore, M'Cormack^ Reid, and Goddard, with costs to be taxed.
