QUEBEC, 22nd August. Kail Jcllicoo arrived at Quebec on Saturday from London, en route to Toronto, to preside at the fifth biennial convention of ttie British Empire Service League, which will open on sth September. A salute of 19 guns was fired, and he was given a warm welcome by a; distinguished gathering of military and veteran officials.
