COMMISSIONER WOUNDED BENGAL TERRORISTS • (Keceived 24th August, 10 a.m.) , DELHI, 23rd August. : Tangail, in the Dacca of East Bengal, which is notorious for terrorists' activities, was tho scene of another outrage. Mr. Alexander Cassell, Commissioner of the Dacca Division, was shot.in the thigh by a youth when about to visit, a co-operative bank. The assailant escaped. : The wound isj not.serious. '. . ■ ■.
