WOMAN ■ SENT" TO GAOL
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHUUCH, This Day. Louisa Knlay, aged 44, a domestic, who pleaded guilty to being found unlawfully in a house at Brighton during the night, was sentenced to throe months in gaol. Tho tenant of" the house said he was awakened by his wife screaming, and saw the accused leaning over the bed. Tho accused pleaded drunkenness.
