A small shop on the wharf, opposite the Eastbourno Ferry Wharf was broken into last night* and stock and money to tho value of £S stolon. Entry was made in such a manner that it was very difficult to sec that tho door had been forced. Pleasure was expressed by the executive of tho Wellington Automobile Club last evening at the fact that there were .140 new members for election. That number, it was considered, was vrry good.
