(Eeceived 16th December, 2 p.m.y_ LONDON, 15th December^ The Parliamentary Committee of thai Empire Industries Association, "representing nine-tenths of the Conservative members of the House of Commons,' passed a resolution appreciating th«; Dominions' offer of reciprocal preference at the Imperial Conference, and expressing the view that reciprocal trade agreements would go a long way; to solve depression and unemployment in Britain and economic problems throughout the Empire.
