The council passed a hearty vole . of thanks to.all who had contributed and to Councillor Xoble foi- his work iv the matter. It -was left to the ■Reserves Committee to choose the location of the new play area, which will. probably be in the lxccrention Ground. The work is to be expedited as an unemployment relief job, and a £2 for £1 subsidy has already been applied-for.
