THEFT FROM ATHLETIC CLUB

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, 31st October. In the Police Court, Robert Manson appeared for sentence on fiV© charges of theft. The accused was' sentenced to six months' imprisonment 'on a charge of stealing £50, the property of the Waipiata Athletic Club,' also to six months' imprisonment for stealing £36, the property of White and Co., the sentences to be concurrent. On the other charges ho was convicted and discharged. ■ -|
