STOCK EXCHANGE LISTING,
"The statements which have appeared in several advertised prospectuses lately that application will be made to have the shares listed on the Stock Exchange must not be taken as an indication that the shares will be quoted," states Mr. G. C. Creagh, chairman of the Auckland Stock Exchange. He has pointed out that such statements had been inserted in some prospectuses without prior reference to the Stock Exchanges, which would not quote the shares of any concern unless it complied with all their requirements. It was desirable that the public should be aware of the position.
