MILK VENDOR FINED

An employee's neglect to cool the milk sufficiently was advanced on behalf of Gilbert Hamilton M'Meeking, milk vendor, in the Magistrate's Court this morning as the probable reason for a sample sold to Inspector Rawlineon not meeting the requirements of a test carried out by the Dominion Analyst. M'Meeking, for whom Mr. A. B. Sievwright appeared, was fined £5 and costs, amounting to £1 3a Cd.
