J A meeting of the Liberal Parliamentary Party decided not to move nor to support any vital amendments- in j the report stage of tho Coal Bill and to abstain from any division on the third reading. Those present referred to the uncertain position of tho Naval Conference as a. justification for Liberal forbearance toward tho Government. •
