SHANGHAI, 28th Feb.

Information has been received of the ghastly murder of five missionaries in the Yingtak district. It appears that Bishop Verseglis and Father Carravaria, accompanied by three' Chinese Sisters, travelling to Lichow, were attacked by outlaws and foully done Jto death. The spot is approximately 75 miles north of Canton.
