la an all-rights-reserved wireless message from Sir Douglas Mawson,1 he says: "We visited three land [stations of the British Transit-of-Venus expedition of 1874, which are now of historic interest, but! few relics remain of their occupation.
"By flights over the castorn portion of Korgueien Island, we have been able to delineate several inland features and certain vaguely defined portions of tho coast line. The ship has now arrived at tha Murray Island auchwrag*."
