SAN DOMINGO REVOLUTION
(Received Ist March, 12.30 p.m.) , WASHINGTON, 28th February.
Britain is sending the sloop Wisteria, of the West Indian squadron, to Santo Domingo, in yiow of the revolution, to take oif nationals in case of disorders, which, however, are not considered likely.
