"VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a -I-' Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council, held on Thursday, the 27th February, 1930, the following resolution was passed:— That the Wellington City Council pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act 1920, the Wellington City Milk Supply Act 1919, and their respective Amendments, and of all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf and in pursuance of the consent of the Governor-General-in-Council given by Oi'i der-in-Council made pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Loans Board Act 1920, dated the 19th day of February, 1930, and gazetted in the "New Zealand Gazette" of the 20th day of February, 1930, Number 13, at page 448, doth hereby resolve by way of Special Order:— 1 That a Special Loan of Thirty Thousand Pounds (£30,000) to be known as "The Wellington City New Milk Station Loan 1930" be raised by the Wellington City Council for the purpose of constructing and equipping the new milk station. 2. That the rate of interest payable in respect of the said Special Loan shall not exceed Five pounds ten shillings (£5 10s) per centum per annum payable half-yearly during the currency of the said Special Loan being a period not exceeding Ten (10) years from the First day of May, 1930. 3. That a sinking fund of One pound (£1) per centum per annum be established in connection with the said Special Loan. 4. Thkt the security for the" interest and sinking fund and repayment of the said Special Loan be a sp_ecial rate of One forty-fourth of a penny (l-44d) m the pound made and levied on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the City of Wellington. - . 5 That no portion of such interest or sinking fund be paid out of such loan TITO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Wellington City Council, to be held on Monday, the 31sfc March, 1930, at 4 p.m., at the Council Chamber.
