CHKISTCHUKCH, This Day. The necessary financial arrangement! in. connection with the erection of a statue in the city to the memory of Captain James Cook have been mada by the donor of the statue, Mr, M. F« Barnett. In addition to the sum of £500 formerly donated, Mr. Barnett has giveu a bond to find £1500 or so, as much more or less as might be required for the erection of the statue.
